Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end global network deployment execution across corporate offices, campuses, HPC data centers, CM/manufacturing facilities, labs, and the global backbone/SD-WAN/campus/DC edge.
  • •Build and scale capacity planning and rollout programs ahead of demand, coordinating site timelines with Real Estate, Facilities, and Data Center Engineering.
  • •Design and lead agentic AI and automation capabilities that transform capacity planning, configuration design, deployment delivery, and Day 2 change operations.
  • •Establish standardized, repeatable deployment methodologies including reference architectures, golden configs, and automated validation/turn-up testing.
  • •Define deployment SLAs/metrics and manage Day 2 change execution via automated, low-touch workflows with strong change governance, while recruiting and mentoring a global deployment/automation team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •13+ years of overall network engineering, deployment, or infrastructure operations experience, with 6+ years leading distributed technical teams.
  • •Hands-on enterprise networking depth across LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN/WAN, campus, DC edge, and global backbone connectivity.
  • •Direct experience standing up new physical sites end-to-end (design through turn-up) and managing Day 2 operations (change management, capacity augments, lifecycle refresh).
  • •Experience building network automation and/or AI-driven tooling (e.g., config generation, validation, change execution) to reduce manual deployment and change effort at scale.
