Job Summary

Lead assembly and fabrication supplier engagements for high-complexity manufacturing, building collaborative relationships with fabricators, contract manufacturers, and third-party equipment partners. Own strategic sourcing and quality initiatives, and negotiate complex agreements covering pricing, performance terms, IP protection, capacity commitments, and supply assurances. Partner with engineering, customer assurance, supply chain, and finance to align supplier strategies with technical and product requirements, while mitigating supply-chain risks and optimizing cost and value.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain collaborative, trust-based partnerships with assigned suppliers including fabricators and contract manufacturers.
•Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers and partners aligned with business and technical objectives.
•Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements covering pricing, performance terms, IP protection, capacity commitments, and supply assurances.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer assurance, supply chain, and finance to align supplier strategies with technical and product requirements.
•Evaluate supply-chain risks (capacity constraints, geopolitical considerations, lead-time variability, and supplier dependencies) and develop cost optimization strategies for quality, reliability, and long-term supply stability.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience in procurement or supply chain management within high complexity fabrication and assembly.
•Experience working with, negotiating, and developing contractual agreements.
•Ability to build and sustain effective supplier partnerships across organizations of varying size and maturity.
•Clear communication skills to collaborate and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
