Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test

Own the development and implementation of test tooling, infrastructure, and processes across the full SDLC on the Growth team. Partner with product and engineering leads to translate requirements into test requirements, drive continuous improvements, and lead load/scale/performance testing efforts. Use analytics, telemetry, and quality metrics to respond to user needs, and mentor junior engineers and interns on testing best practices. Help design, document, and teach team-level testing solutions.
