Job Summary

Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and Change Management processes in a fabless semiconductor operations environment. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, JEDEC change management, and customer quality requirements through audits, CAPA tracking, management reviews, and non-conformance/root-cause work. Lead end-to-end change control (ECO, CCB reviews, impact assessments), monitor implementation to closure, and drive continuous improvement and training across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, improve, and ensure effectiveness of the QMS by developing and controlling quality procedures, work instructions, specifications, and records.
•Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal/external/customer/certification audits; lead audit findings closure and CAPA tracking.
•Conduct management review meetings and monitor quality objectives and KPIs; support non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
•Manage end-to-end Change Management processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and approvals.
•Evaluate and implement changes to minimize impact on product quality, reliability, yield, and customer satisfaction; recommend mitigation plans and training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or Change Management in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
•Proven experience managing QMS processes, audits, CAPA, document control, and change management activities.
•Experience supporting semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly, test, or advanced packaging operations.
•Demonstrated experience leading change control boards and performing change impact assessments.
