Key Responsibilities

•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Perform hail repair and repair creases and body lines.
•Repair larger-sized dents and other cosmetic damage as part of vehicle reconditioning.
•Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
•Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
