Job Summary

Lead digital projects within a customer services digital solutions portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery. Own the expected value of digital initiatives across their lifecycle, consolidate business requirements and define the “To Be” vision, and drive change management to secure end-user onboarding and adoption. Coordinate cross-functional and supplier relationships, proactively manage risks, and provide clear reporting and KPIs to sponsors and stakeholders. Work with Business & IM teams across Mirabel and Toulouse.

•Assess and monitor the expected value of digital projects across their lifecycle.
•Consolidate business requirements and define the “To Be” vision to enable digital solution design.
•Ensure digital project delivery on-time, on-budget, and on-quality.
•Drive change management to secure end-user onboarding and adoption of new processes or tools.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; provide reporting and KPIs.
