Key Responsibilities

  • •Own BJAK’s UK brand identity and visual systems across all platforms.
  • •Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary UK creative team; set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution.
  • •Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the UK brand vision.
  • •Build and manage creative workflows balancing quality, speed, and scalability.
  • •Partner with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to align visuals with strategic goals and use data/market trends to optimize campaigns.
