Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a portfolio of end-to-end initiatives advancing Netflix’s title launch strategy and supporting a growing content slate.
  • •Lead development of rigorous, scalable AI/ML evaluation pipelines and safety guardrails to monitor launch speed, diversity, compliance, and risk.
  • •Design feedback loops and data infrastructure to bring high-quality real-user data into evaluation and training pipelines.
  • •Coach, hire, and develop ML scientists, analytics engineers, and data engineers using robust software engineering practices.
  • •Partner with Product Management and multiple engineering teams to define roadmaps, drive execution, and deliver rollout plans.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of direct management experience shipping production-grade AI/ML software with measurable business impact, building high-performing inclusive teams.
  • •Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures.
  • •Strong track record designing and implementing evaluation pipelines for AI/ML products, including safety guardrails to manage business risk and improve models over time.
  • •Familiarity with ML evaluation methodologies (offline metrics, online experiments, human evaluation) and integrating them into continuous improvement.
  • •Experience introducing automation into established operational workflows, including human-in-the-loop handoff and change management.
