Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise and assign work to maintenance personnel during day shift.
  • •Provide field presence during high-risk evolutions and enforce plant procedures and safety rules.
  • •Review work requests daily, establish priorities, and develop work order packages for scheduled and outage work.
  • •Plan preventive and corrective maintenance, including predictive maintenance and equipment failure records/trends, and support root cause analysis activities.
  • •Use SAP to create detailed plans and schedules, monitor progress, coordinate isolation/lockout-tagout requirements, and recommend procurement of parts and critical spares.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1–3 years maintenance planning or supervisory experience.
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills for maintenance execution.
  • •Ability to understand and follow plant procedures and instructions, including safety rules and compliance risk identification.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel; experience as a power plant mechanic or equivalent maintenance experience.
