Maintenance Supervisor/Planner

Plan and oversee maintenance work for a power generation facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance, outage planning, and development of work order packages. Supervise maintenance personnel during day shift, provide field presence during high-risk evolutions, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate priorities with plant management. Use SAP and planning tools to schedule activities, monitor progress, support predictive maintenance, and coordinate root cause analysis and procurement.
