Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, coding, technical testing, release and production support.
•Lead peer reviews and ensure platform consistency, reusability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
•Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code across engineering teams.
•Drive the control transition to using agentic AI coding assistants.
•Lead the creation, continual refinement and active enforcement of development standards so technology becomes a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Requirements

•A strong engineering leadership background with the ability to operate strategically while drilling into details with engineering teams.
•Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and simplification in Financial Services.
•Experience with streaming/near-real-time patterns for Risk/Finance use cases and distributed processing frameworks.
•Practical experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code across engineering teams.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple squads and geographies.
