Job Summary

Operate feed mill equipment to manufacture livestock feed and support safe, efficient daily production. Receive and move feed ingredients, manage loadout activities for accurate product delivery, and monitor batching/scaling systems to maintain quality. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting, keep the mill clean through housekeeping and spill cleanup, and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards while meeting production targets. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) to manufacture livestock feed.
•Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients; load and unload trucks.
•Prepare and manage loadout (open hatches, attach hoses, sample, ensure accurate product delivery).
•Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy.
•Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the facility clean and safe while following safety, quality, and compliance standards.
