Job Summary

Lead test engineering program execution from pursuit and bidding through delivery and close-out. You’ll review customer requirements and statements of work, drive bid efforts, create execution plans, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality goals. Partner with internal and external teams as a technical leader and program advocate, manage earned value and risk/schedule performance, and produce technical documentation and customer-facing reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage in all phases of the program lifecycle from pursuit and bidding through execution, delivery, and project close-out.
•Lead test engineering bid efforts, including work breakdown structure creation and bid presentations.
•Develop and execute program execution plans while coordinating with the Test Engineering team and external organizations.
•Track, report, and analyze earned value metrics and recommend staffing and/or schedule adjustments.
•Lead and present project reviews; create and review technical documents for customer submittal.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Experience applying integrated project management, earned value, and risk management techniques across program life cycles.
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
•Ability to review customer requirements and statements of work to determine project scope.
•Ability to execute projects that meet requirements, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
