  • •Engage in all phases of the program lifecycle from pursuit and bidding through execution, delivery, and project close-out.
  • •Lead test engineering bid efforts, including work breakdown structure creation and bid presentations.
  • •Develop and execute program execution plans while coordinating with the Test Engineering team and external organizations.
  • •Track, report, and analyze earned value metrics and recommend staffing and/or schedule adjustments.
  • •Lead and present project reviews; create and review technical documents for customer submittal.
