Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI.
  • •Complete a three-year Information Technology Solutions program with multiple assignments to build understanding of business processes and develop quality solutions.
  • •Through rotations, gain exposure to IT roles including business analyst, application developer, and systems/security/network specialties.
  • •Contribute to projects such as scope/requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing, and act as a liaison between business and IT.
  • •Support application and system development and upgrades, and help administer databases/enterprise UNIX environments and implement security controls, defenses, and network solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Basic understanding of web development, programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, R, SQL) and scripting.
  • •Basic understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows, Unix), and databases.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and strong verbal/written communication.
  • •Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions, with strong time management and comfort handling ambiguity.
