Job Summary

Provide remote technical support and services for Honeywell Experion PKS distributed control system (DCS) environments. Execute GTAC audit checklists, conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis, and support issue resolution through remote enablement, installation, and migration. Maintain case documentation, monitor Enabled services alerts, and generate knowledge articles. Partner with regional and global stakeholders and Assurance 360 Performance Managers to improve system availability and prevent incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver remote support and services for Experion system environments, proactively managing customer questions and issues.
•Execute GTAC and standard audit checklists, including conducting audits and reviewing audit reports with performance managers and customers.
•Facilitate issue identification and analysis, troubleshooting and fixing faults, and diagnosing issues using system logs.
•Enable services installation and migration, monitor Enabled services alerts, and perform system maintenance to avoid incidents.
•Maintain strong case documentation, generate knowledge articles, update asset lifecycle management, and use system diagnostics and predictive analytics to support DCS longevity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
•6 years of experience with distributed control system architecture, including controllers, HMIs, and field devices.
•6 years of experience with PLC and SCADA control logics, loop tuning, and troubleshooting software/hardware faults.
•Experience with networking concepts including TCP, firewalls, remote access, and VLANs, plus ability to analyze system logs.
•Knowledge of Experion PKS and related tools (e.g., Diagnostic capture Tool, control Builder, configuration studio, Enabled services) and components (C300 controllers, Field Interface module, Profibus Gateway Module).
