Tier 2 Network Manager

Support 24x7 operations for an ISR mission network at Langley AFB, including fault management, monitoring nodes for operational integrity, responding to trouble calls, and maintaining tickets and logs. Perform troubleshooting using trouble/error logs and network tools, provide technical support for issue resolution and escalation, and support network planning, engineering, and design. Manage network architecture and data traffic routing for classified ISR data over WAN components, and deliver quarterly metrics to stakeholders.
