Job Summary

Support and maintain the Revenue Technology tech stack that powers GitLab’s go-to-market teams. Help execute revenue lifecycle technical roadmaps across a 10+ tool environment, troubleshoot and provision end-user access, and partner with RevOps and Strategy to build reporting dashboards and improve workflows. Coordinate vendor processes, support integrations and automations, and document processes for first-tier sales support in GitLab’s all-remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack
•Maintain end-user business rhythm including provisioning, support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
•Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations and recommend improvements with implementation support
•Coordinate revenue technology stack vendors (procurement support, renewals, quarterly business reviews) in partnership with IT/Privacy/Legal/Finance
•Build and maintain reporting dashboards in revenue tools and document workflows/support guidance for first-tier sales support

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,200 - 160,800

Key Requirements

•Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics supporting go-to-market teams
•Hands-on experience with at least two revenue/sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar
•Understanding of systems integrations and data sharing concepts (integrations, automations, permissions, data management)
•Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows, ideally building agents/artifacts to accelerate productivity
•Exposure to supporting tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, and requirements gathering/implementation planning
