Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution/coverage development and optimization to meet business milestones, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Develop, debug, and characterize test patterns and test flows/methods.
  • •Engage pre-silicon with design teams to scope, plan, and validate test solutions/methodology.
  • •Perform post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimize for mass production enablement.
  • •Execute characterization analysis and debug new silicon designs/process technologies to improve quality, yield, cost, and test time reduction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 42,700 - 61,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Test development and silicon characterization/debug experience with industry-standard ATE test platforms, plus data analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience in ATE test handling/execution and development (Advantest V93K preferred; SMT8 a plus).
  • •Software programming and scripting proficiency in C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or Python.
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
