Key Responsibilities

  • •Track category trends to inform communications strategy, messaging, content development, and outreach.
  • •Draft and edit content packages for earned efforts, including press releases, pitches, bylines, and presentations.
  • •Translate one message into many by tailoring content and messaging for different audiences, channels, and markets while maintaining brand voice.
  • •Use AI-supported monitoring and real-time media intelligence to flag coverage, identify story opportunities, and track outcomes.
  • •Partner on events and external marketing activations by supporting timelines, logistics, guest/speaker materials, on-site/virtual support, and post-event reporting and coverage tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least six months of experience (including internships) in the PR field, with agency experience a plus.
  • •Based in New York with the ability to work within the hybrid in-office model, including at least three days per week in the NYC office.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills across formats.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort using AI tools while continuing to learn.
