Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively source, deepen, grow, and retain client relationships by delivering personalized investment solutions aligned to long-term financial goals.
  • •Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales, and service.
  • •Develop and maintain a profitable level of securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals in alignment with client best interests and segmentation.
  • •Use a consultative sales process to review investment plans regularly and manage client relationship strategies to deepen loyalty.
  • •Record transactions and inquiries accurately, maintain customer files to conform to regulatory policies, stay current on available products, and complete continuing education requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills; competent with Microsoft Office.
