Job Summary

Drive Honeywell’s strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions—identifying and evaluating targets, leading valuation and due diligence, structuring and negotiating deals, and supporting post-merger integration. Partner with executive leadership and strategic business groups to assess market opportunities, manage M&A pipelines, and align transactions with long-term strategy, risk management, legal compliance, and shareholder value while working in a hybrid environment out of Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities

•Support valuation, diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of transaction documents for each deal.
•Develop in-depth knowledge of Honeywell’s strategic business groups and the markets they compete in.
•Lead large cross-functional teams through transaction processes across corporate development, SBG commercial, strategy, finance, and functional teams.
•Partner with executive leadership and SBG teams to assess the market landscape, prioritize growth opportunities, and maintain the acquisition funnel.
•Support portfolio evaluation and M&A approval processes, including tracking M&A pipelines and evaluating buy/build/partner/invest options.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a similar role.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong research skills.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
•Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and project management skills.
