Job Summary

Own end-to-end electronic product development programs, from ideation and concept definition through prototyping, validation, commercialization/industrialization, and final delivery. Orchestrate cross-functional execution across hardware, embedded software/firmware, mechanical, quality, operations, sourcing, and product management, plus external ODMs and contract manufacturers. Manage stage-gate plans, schedules, risks, cost/scope, and dashboards while running Agile/Scrum for software and stage-gates (EVT/DVT/PVT) for hardware.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end program lifecycle of electronic products, integrating hardware, software/firmware, mechanical, and industrial design into a single plan.
•Drive disciplined stage-gate execution across concept, prototyping, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production with phase entry/exit criteria.
•Create and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependency maps, and risk registers; manage critical paths and remove impediments.
•Plan and manage prototyping and bring-up cycles, coordinating board bring-up, integration, debug, and iteration between hardware and firmware teams.
•Lead commercialization/industrialization and coordinate certification/regulatory compliance, working with sourcing/operations for component qualification and supplier readiness.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing electronic/electro-mechanical product development programs end-to-end, from ideation through delivery.
•Hands-on exposure across hardware, embedded software/firmware, and mechanical, with the ability to engage credibly with each function.
•Demonstrated experience taking products through prototyping into commercialization/industrialization and mass production.
•Strong program planning and risk management skills, including cross-functional leadership and experience managing external manufacturing/supplier partners.
•Comfortable operating in both Agile development and structured hardware stage-gate environments (EVT/DVT/PVT).
