Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through production deployment.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation; track progress and milestones.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks while coordinating stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • •Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning) and monitor delivery metrics.
  • •Provide regular project health reporting and executive summaries; ensure documentation, governance, and compliance/audit requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years managing complex technology initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • •Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.
