Job Summary

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana Market Hubs as an entry-level Lot Attendant/Car Detailer. Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues, wash and vacuum inventory, and complete multi-point inspections for arriving cars. Coordinate with team members to support timely deliveries and great customer satisfaction while following safety and attendance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
•Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
•Perform multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and required disclosures.
•Coordinate with coworkers and external vendors to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
•Maintain positive relationships and communicate with team members and management across the business while adhering to predictable attendance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
•Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
•Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and carry/transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
•Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
•Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, plus use of safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
