Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint.
  • •Perform additional prep tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles.
  • •Support vehicle reconditioning workflows in Carvana inspection centers.
  • •Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding, masking, and buffing.
  • •Use safety equipment as required for the work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional automotive prepping experience (entry-level expectations).

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment; may be exposed to excessive weather conditions.
