Key Responsibilities

  • •Collate, validate, and report site performance and quality data with accuracy and consistency.
  • •Analyze operational performance trends; develop reports and BI dashboards and provide regular recommendations.
  • •Automate current data recording methods using BI tools.
  • •Maintain and administer the POKA training management system to keep training records accurate and compliant.
  • •Coordinate training, onboarding, and capability-building programs; maintain training matrices and monitor mandatory training compliance.

  • •Strong computer literacy and ability to work with and interpret data with attention to detail.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • •Minimum qualifications: good GCSE or A Level; food manufacturing experience is beneficial.
