Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception to completion, including feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, risk management and final accounts.
  • •Maintain high professional standards in client dealings and uphold the firm’s profile.
  • •Drive performance and technical excellence through clear communication and use of practice networks.
  • •Maintain and develop strong client relationships to promote premium services in the construction industry.
  • •Support the internal team and mentor junior staff on technically complex projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Quantity Surveying degree or Construction/Engineering background (ideally)
  • •Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or equivalent
  • •Significant and proven experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • •Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (PSC and ECC)
  • •Experience of cost/commercial management within integrated, multi-organisation teams
