Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programming strategy and operational planning in partnership with key stakeholders and program teams.
  • •Define program impact through KPIs/North Star metrics and establish analytics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • •Develop future program charters using destination-back thinking, competitor landscape review, and industry trend evaluation.
  • •Oversee end-to-end program management by creating scalable processes, tracking tools, and governance frameworks.
  • •Mentor and develop a team of associates, driving collaboration and consistent delivery of results through others.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
  • •MBA preferred.
  • •PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.
