Manager Maintenance II

Supervise and plan cost-effective, timely maintenance for equipment supporting the Prepared Foods facility’s Processing Maintenance and Refrigeration departments. Lead maintenance supervisors and personnel, work with contractors and vendors on troubleshooting and installations, and resolve technical equipment process issues. Manage automated systems using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics, coordinate maintenance training, oversee budgets and capital projects, and manage environmental and utility programs while collaborating with plant team managers.
