  • •Build and maintain relationships between members, nonmembers, and insurance carriers, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • •Classify business risk and provide accurate risk management and mitigation solutions, including periodic multi-tiered account reviews.
  • •Partner and negotiate with underwriters on endorsements, renewal questions, and remarkets for underwriting determination.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience managing, retaining, servicing, and expanding commercial insurance relationships in an agency or broker setting.
  • •Demonstrated product and underwriting knowledge, including calculating Insurance to Value (ITV) across commercial property types.
  • •Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking ability.
  • •Ability to uncover customer needs through consultative conversations and identify cross-sell, referral, and account growth opportunities.
  • •Valid General Lines Insurance License for home state and/or ability to obtain home state and multistate licenses within 90 days.
