Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate ML systems that help Growth make better decisions across the customer and sales funnel.
  • •Develop models and decisioning services for personalized recommendations, engagement/activation journeys, cross-product expansion, and sales experiences.
  • •Translate ambiguous growth opportunities into measurable experiments and production capabilities in partnership with product, engineering, data science, analytics, marketing, and sales.
  • •Create datasets, features, and evaluation frameworks; run offline policy evaluation and online experiments; monitor attribution, latency, quality, and fairness.
  • •Define how ML capabilities should evolve to support short-, mid-, and long-term goals and optimize for durable customer and portfolio value.

Salary: USD 171,063 - 269,075 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related industry experience in machine learning
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • •Expertise in Python and knowledge of other languages such as Java and TypeScript, with production-quality coding
  • •Familiarity with SQL and Spark, and cloud data environments such as AWS and Databricks
  • •Experience building and scaling machine learning models and building datasets and evaluation frameworks at large scale
