Key Responsibilities

  • •Project support and coordination: Possesses in-depth knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract cost management services.
  • •Estimating and cost planning: Experienced in estimating, rate analysis, and cost planning, with the ability to develop and present final cost plans to clients.
  • •Tendering and procurement: Managing pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports and contractual documents.
  • •Post-contract cost management: Dealing with variances and supporting change control processes, referring major changes to reporting manager as applicable.
  • •Governance & reporting: Producing monthly post-contract cost reports and supporting client presentations; contributing to Value Engineering and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • •6-8 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g. cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.).
  • •Strong understanding of quantity surveying, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Native-level proficiency in (local language), Business-level proficiency in English.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software.
  • •Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
