Environmental Remediation Area Manager

Oversee performance of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs/projects to meet internal and client-facing KPIs. Drive project delivery governance and risk management, lead program performance reviews, and support adoption of digital tools. Manage approximately 50 staff, coach project managers, and contribute to succession planning. Partner with client account and business leadership to grow profitable backlog through budgets, capture strategies, and accurate forecasting data while escalating and resolving operational issues.
