Key Responsibilities

  • •Empower engineers to own quality end-to-end through pair programming, pair testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • •Lead testing across backend and frontend using unit, integration, and API E2E testing (Java with JUnit/Mockito) and frontend unit/component/E2E testing (Angular with Jest/Angular Testing Library/Playwright).
  • •Build and evolve automation frameworks across the test pyramid, balancing fast tests with targeted E2E suites.
  • •Develop and maintain agentic test generation systems that create, extend, and self-heal tests based on AI rules and requirements-to-test translations.
  • •Monitor post-release health using tools like Sentry or Grafana and drive continuous improvements to testing strategy and rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in QA automation and quality engineering.
  • •Extensive QA automation experience with TypeScript and Playwright (including Playwright MCP or CLI).
  • •Solid understanding of testing practices in Java.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and strategies to run tests efficiently.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (such as Cursor or Claude) for agentic test generation and AI-driven/self-healing test maintenance.
