Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services for Intelligent Document Processing, Context Grounding, and RAG capabilities.
  • •Build systems for document ingestion, parsing and extraction, chunking and embeddings, search and retrieval, and knowledge management.
  • •Implement APIs, AI orchestration, and evaluation pipelines for production AI capabilities.
  • •Design and implement cloud-native services that balance scalability, latency, security, reliability, observability, and operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong backend engineering experience building distributed systems.
  • •Production experience with Python and/or C#.
  • •Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.
  • •Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
