Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and champion the Change Enablement process, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices.
  • •Assess change impacts and organisational readiness to mitigate risks.
  • •Contribute to PIR (Post Implementation Review) processes and ensure change-related major incidents are correctly categorised.
  • •Organise and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, maintaining a forward schedule to support prioritisation and conflict management.
  • •Conduct quality analysis of change requests and ensure remedial actions are captured and closed before implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced written and spoken English.
  • •Experience with governing change using the change module in ServiceNow.
  • •Experience with DevOps, Normal, Emergency, and other change modes.
  • •Experience running a CAB in a large, global Banking Organization.
  • •ITIL certification (at least ITIL 4 foundation; ITIL 5 desirable).
