Job Summary

Drive the delivery of complex, high-impact engineering programs by planning, executing, and overseeing development and deployment processes. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Science, Design, Marketing/Coms, and Solutions to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and communicate risks. Lead project tracking and process improvement efforts, coordinate releases and portfolio management, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

•Oversee and manage development and deployment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with product timelines.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Science, Marketing/Coms, Design, Solutions) to align engineering operations with product and business objectives.
•Track project progress, timelines, and resources, and help implement processes to smooth delivery.
•Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering team efficiency and productivity.
•Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
