•Lead the accounting function of the Roadsurfer Group and ensure reliable, timely, and audit-proof financial reporting under German GAAP (HGB).
•Ensure tax compliance across the Roadsurfer universe.
•Lead, develop and structure the accounting team, establishing a culture of clear ownership and reliable closing timelines.
•Help build an accounting function that is scalable, data-driven, and ready for an AI-native finance setup – combining strong accounting expertise with smart automation, clear process ownership, and high-quality financial data.
•Play a central role in the company-wide SAP implementation – from designing the accounting processes through testing to go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
