Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the actuarial team, ensuring timely delivery of both routine tasks and more complex analyses with appropriate oversight.
  • •Perform actuarial analyses across reserving, financial reporting, pricing, and quantitative risk management.
  • •Build, maintain, and enhance statistical models; analyze data and interpret results to provide actionable business insights.
  • •Provide actuarial advice to stakeholders, including insights into business performance and financial implications.
  • •Manage actuarial data flow and quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • •Qualified or nearly qualified actuary (FSAI of recognized actuarial body preferred).
  • •Proven experience in actuarial work such as reserving, pricing, capital modeling, or risk management.
  • •Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills.
  • •Proficiency in actuarial tools/programming (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SAS, Prophet, etc.).
