Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the actuarial team, ensuring timely delivery of both routine tasks and more complex analyses with appropriate oversight.
•Perform actuarial analyses across reserving, financial reporting, pricing, and quantitative risk management.
•Build, maintain, and enhance statistical models; analyze data and interpret results to provide actionable business insights.
•Provide actuarial advice to stakeholders, including insights into business performance and financial implications.
•Manage actuarial data flow and quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of outputs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
•Qualified or nearly qualified actuary (FSAI of recognized actuarial body preferred).
•Proven experience in actuarial work such as reserving, pricing, capital modeling, or risk management.
•Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills.
•Proficiency in actuarial tools/programming (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SAS, Prophet, etc.).
