Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive large-scale product change by merging and modernizing the Finance ecosystem through a product-led lens.
  • •Transition Finance from legacy manual processes to automated, holistic solutions built for scale and fiscal integrity.
  • •Operate as an outcome-driven unit to deliver measurable operational leverage from each product delivery or conversion.
  • •Own end-to-end testing and validation for Finance, ensuring change remains robust, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • •Lead product development and responsible adoption of a suite of automation tools with significant investments in AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or related field, or Business/Marketing, with the expectation the degree is obtained by the scheduled start date.
  • •OR Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • •Proficiency across human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven product management capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
