Own the global Distributor-led Store (DMS) program by translating global retail strategy into consistent in-store execution across partner networks. Partner with global and regional Retail teams to design scalable operating frameworks, adapt DTC retail playbooks, and drive cross-market alignment. Standardize global KPIs and reporting, consolidate distributor performance insights, and proactively resolve operational gaps to ensure premium, commercially successful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the global DMS store strategy from strategic planning through physical, in-store execution.
•Partner with Global and Regional Retail teams to design and implement scalable operating frameworks aligned to brand principles.
•Create and adapt DTC retail playbooks for distributor-led stores and foster cross-market alignment and shared best practices.
•Standardize global KPIs and reporting by consolidating market insights and distributor performance trends for stakeholders.
•Set and own global retail standards, helping regional teams identify and resolve in-store execution and operational gaps with cross-functional partners.

•6+ years of professional experience in retail operations, distributor-led (DMS) retail, franchise management, or partner-led business models.
•Proven project management skills designing scalable retail playbooks, operating frameworks, and standardized SOPs for external partners.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional leads, and external distributors.
•Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on approach; comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving in-store execution gaps.
•English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
