Key Responsibilities

•Direct the ISPM technical roadmap by converting product requirements into system designs and build-vs-extend decisions.
•Architect, design, and scale core identity security posture systems.
•Construct high-performance backend services in Go and user-facing interfaces in React/TypeScript.
•Implement event-driven workflows using Kafka and design multi-tenant database schemas.
•Support, mentor, and guide a distributed team while owning service health (on-call, incident response, SLO management).

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a tech lead or senior technical leadership role.
•Proven track record mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards.
•Expertise designing and running scalable, multi-tenant, event-driven distributed systems.
•Deep hands-on experience with Kafka or similar high-throughput event-streaming technologies.
•Production backend experience with Go and production-level React and TypeScript, plus strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.
•Strong communication skills for technical trade-offs and architecture documentation.
•High tolerance for ambiguity and rapid iteration.
