Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively initiate and execute CPS business development actions with large data center key accounts across EMEA to drive profitable growth.
  • •Establish a cooperation framework with key account teams and the data center sales ecosystem (sales, presales, services, and other business units).
  • •Drive increased product and application knowledge across the sales ecosystem through support, training identification, and knowledge sharing.
  • •Ensure effective product launches across the region and act as the voice of the customer to support new product definition via the NPD ProLaunch process.
  • •Support and coach presales and sales teams on optimal product portfolios, value propositions, and positioning; consolidate and share market insights; own large key account factory forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center industry.
  • •University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of electrical equipment requirements for low-voltage applications and Data Centers.
  • •Basic knowledge of power electronics.
  • •Ability to take initiative, work autonomously with a customer-oriented mindset, and think strategically.
