Drive Snowflake implementation delivery and lead projects across customer organizations and internal teams. Own client operational relationships, develop service delivery strategy, track key metrics, and identify upsell opportunities. Provide delivery quality oversight, manage status/risks/issues through clear documentation and meetings, and resolve escalations. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products while integrating industry knowledge into practical configuration and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a project management expert across Snowflake implementations and a variety of project/service types.
•Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to delivery best practices.
•Own, manage, and communicate operational client relationships, including relationship roadmap creation, implementation, and tracking.
•Manage key client projects by driving status, issue, risk, and goal communication with project teams and stakeholders.
•Collaborate with Services Delivery Practice Teams and Sales to scope work, estimate, create proposals, and provide delivery updates; integrate process improvements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in services delivery (or similar) managing complex, technical implementation projects.
•Track record delivering PS revenue targets while prioritizing multiple complex projects and deliverables.
•Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud environments.
•Ability to discuss AI/ML model lifecycle trade-offs and architecture for delivering GenAI and ML capabilities.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with audiences ranging from technical teams to senior enterprise executives.
