Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage dredging operations onboard the Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD), ensuring safe, efficient, and productive execution.
•Plan, coordinate, and optimize dredging activities to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
•Supervise dredging crews, shift operations, and support personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
•Monitor cutter performance, dredge pumps, swing systems, spud operations, and discharge pipelines to maximize production.
•Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.

Key Requirements

•Diploma, degree or equivalent professional qualification.
•Basic and advanced STCW training certification.
•5–10 years rank experience on Heavy Duty Cutter Suction Dredger.
•Experience leading dredging operations onboard a Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD).
•Ability to supervise dredging crews and shift operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
