Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for store associates and direct reports.
  • •Drive sales and profitability goals while maintaining P&L accountability for expenses, receivables, and payroll budgets.
  • •Ensure compliance with company practices, operational policies, and regulated safety requirements.
  • •Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, receiving/dispatch coordination, and store/yard standards.
  • •Assist customers proactively, manage complaints, implement operational changes, and address store maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail management experience (2+ years preferred), preferably in a lumber or home center environment.
  • •Proven experience leading and supervising team members.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L metrics and the ability to execute on KPIs to drive profit.
  • •Experience managing store inventory and mitigating inventory shrink.
  • •Ability to work 45+ hours per week.
