  • •Use control systems, tools, and metrics to measure progress, identify root causes of failure modes, assess capacity, and resolve quality and staffing issues.
  • •Develop and implement corrective action plans and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee day-to-day assignments for 20–25 represented employees, including employee training and cross-training, workload forecasting, and time and attendance tracking.
