Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site implementation of power management and mission-critical monitoring/control systems including Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, and next-generation power monitoring platforms.
  • •Deliver applied engineering and customer consultation for system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training, and modification of power management, control, and mission-critical systems.
  • •Work with customers on-site in a hands-on role delivering advanced power automation solutions.
  • •Commission electrical equipment as part of system delivery and support activities.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to represent the company and maintain long-term customer satisfaction through technical service and relationship management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of work experience with power management, power control, mission critical, or building management systems.
  • •Experience working with power management/power control/mission critical/building management systems.
  • •Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license and be designated as a Regular Driver under Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy.
  • •Ability to commission electrical equipment and perform integration, start-up, maintenance, repair, training, and modification of power management and control systems.
  • •Working knowledge of SCADA/HMI and standard SCADA communication protocols such as Modbus (RTU and TCP/IP), BACnet (IP and MST/TP), SNMP, OPC, DDE, and TCP/IP.
