Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide application support to the Oracle Order Management module (ASO, ONT, Pricing) and Pricing integration with Vendavo software.
  • •Continuously review quote/order processes and configuration to improve stability, speed, and reduce support calls.
  • •Collaborate with group support teams (Emerson Application Support Group, DBA, community of practices) to resolve issues.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional specifications through discussions with end-users and process owners.
  • •Manage change requests (RFC/FRS/TRS), maintain global system/process documentation, support training, and participate in new site implementations and Oracle Cloud journey activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years in business information systems or related areas.
  • •Background in order management with a detailed understanding of quote and pricing processes.
  • •3+ years supporting order management processes/applications in an Oracle environment.
  • •Strong business understanding of quote, order, and pricing.
  • •Solid understanding of interactions among Oracle modules within an ERP environment and 3+ years of SQL experience.
