Job Summary

Provide functional and technical application support for Oracle Quote, Order, and Pricing (ASO, ONT) and pricing integrations with Vendavo for Emerson’s Oracle single-instance sites worldwide. Become a subject-matter expert on Order Management business processes, translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage RFC/FRS/TRS changes, and support new implementations with a focus on APAC while supporting other regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide application support to the Oracle Order Management module (ASO, ONT, Pricing) and Pricing integration with Vendavo software.
•Continuously review quote/order processes and configuration to improve stability, speed, and reduce support calls.
•Collaborate with group support teams (Emerson Application Support Group, DBA, community of practices) to resolve issues.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications through discussions with end-users and process owners.
•Manage change requests (RFC/FRS/TRS), maintain global system/process documentation, support training, and participate in new site implementations and Oracle Cloud journey activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years in business information systems or related areas.
•Background in order management with a detailed understanding of quote and pricing processes.
•3+ years supporting order management processes/applications in an Oracle environment.
•Strong business understanding of quote, order, and pricing.
•Solid understanding of interactions among Oracle modules within an ERP environment and 3+ years of SQL experience.
