Job Summary

Lead and manage neutral, timely, and thorough workplace investigations to support a respectful and safe employee experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and the People Team on investigation practices, employment law guidelines, and HR best practices. Build investigation processes and ER-focused programs, review policy updates, deliver training for managers and employees, coach HR Business Partners, and analyze trends to help prevent future issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Help build and expand the company’s investigation function.
•Lead and manage internal investigations end-to-end under the direction of NA Employment Counsel.
•Develop Employee Relations and Employment Legal projects (e.g., improving investigation processes and implementing ER-focused technologies).
•Design and deliver training for managers and employees on respectful workplace conduct, ethical behavior, and complaint resolution.
•Coach HR Business Partners and analyze investigation data to identify trends and prevention initiatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Employment Legal, focused on conducting workplace investigations.
•Deep knowledge of employment law and regulations across North America.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•Experience building or improving investigation functions and processes.
•Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout investigations.
