Key Responsibilities

•Train with a cohort in immersive bootcamp and foundational technical skill-building using AI customer simulations.
•Collaborate with Cisco Associate Sales Representatives to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
•Build AI skills using learning platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision-making.
•Complete rotational assignments (Months 3–12) for real-world technical sales experience.
•After 12 months, transition into a Solutions Engineer role to discover, demonstrate, and design solutions for complex customer challenges.

Key Requirements

•Hold a technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or have a non-traditional technical background with proof (e.g., home lab, certification, or side project).
•Be fluent in English and the primary language of the country for which you are applying.
•Be legally authorized to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
•Have an AI-native mindset with learning agility and a passion for networking and software (Java/Python).
•Demonstrate the ability to navigate a matrix-based organization and collaborate effectively in a hub-based cohort.
